History of statements

View information about all statements associated with a claim.

  1. Search and open the claim to view.

  2. Click the Claim menu in the left-side navigation pane, then click History of Statements.

    Column Description
    Statement Date The statement's posting date.
    Type Code

    The statement type:

    C—Check/EOB

    P—Pend

    E—EOB

    D—Denial
    Description The type code description.
    Notice Number The notice number for pends (i.e. 1 for the first notice, 2 for the second notice).
    Issued To

    P—Provider

    B—Both member and provider

    M—Member

    O—Other

    C—Courtesy

    T—Third party
    System Date The system date when the statement was printed.
    Pend Code The pend codes associated with the statement.
